DIRECTIONS
Gently tap the jar until the powder comes to the surface of the mesh screen. Circle your powder brush onto the mesh to pick up the powder. Tap off excess powder, and sweep from the center of the face outward, targeting areas with shine or excess oil. This mattifying setting powder can be used alone or over foundation.
