This daily essential contains Rose Hydrosol and Essential Oil to soothe, as well as powerful Calendula Extract to boost collagen production. Concentrated Aloe Extract hydrates the skin, while Vegetable Collagen and Tremella Mushrooms, a plant-based Hyaluronic Acid, improve skin density. The mild, effective formula supports the skin microbiome and respects the skin’s natural pH level of 5.5.
In research, Tremella mushroom has been shown to have better moisture retention than hyaluronic acid, as it holds more weight in water. Ultimately, these are both different versions of delivering moisture and hydration to the skin. Tremella mushroom is a natural product that isn't part of our skin, while hyaluronic acid although an integral part of our skin, the one you find in products is synthetic, made in a laboratory.
Tremella pairs really well with the vegan collagen in the formula, because whileTremella mushrooms do not contain collagen itself, the polysaccharides found in them are beneficial to promote collagen synthesis in the skin, which helps boost skin elasticity and minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
