SKIN BEAUTY KIT SUGGESTED USE:
Recommended layout for intake, yet always ingest when needed and follow the intuitive guidance of your own body.
Start your day by making your healing beauty potion. In a cup of hot water, mix 1Tbsp of the Dirty Rose Chai Collagen and ½ tsp of Schisandra Rose Elixir. Combine your choice of plant-based milk and sweetener (optional).
As you digest your healing latte, clean your face using a gentle exfoliant or simply using water. After drying your face, moisturize with the Collagen Face Oil.
With the Gua Sha blade, ‘comb’ the face. Gently slide the Gua Sha blade outwards from the centre, out. This enables detoxification and helps clear the skin.
Enjoy your 1/2tsp of the Collagen Booster Elixir in the early or late afternoon with your favourite latte, tea, smoothie or meal. You can also consume it straight.
