In order to do this, in our consultations I will:
- Give you tips/ideas about healthy delicious and simple plant-based recipes and how to thrive on different diets: vegetarian/vegan/rawfood/gluten free/low glycaemic diet
- Show you which herbs, superfoods and supplements are best for your specific health goals and where to buy the best quality ones – no need to spend money buying supplements you don’t need!
- Show you how to incorporate daily, easy but profound lifestyle changes that will positively affect your health and well-being; and how to combine healthy food preparation with a busy stressful life, travel, or tight finances

These sessions are also for you if:
- You have digestive challenges, difficulty losing weight, and feel overly tired after eating
- You’re not feeling well and you don’t understand why. High levels of stress, body pains, low energy levels, trouble sleeping, mood swings and many other conditions can also be improved with conscious eating choices.
- You have a recent diagnosis that requires either diet or lifestyle changes and you’re not sure where to start.
Consultations are offered via Skype and email, in English or Portuguese.
