This delicious praline box contains three of Naturkostbar's most popular praline creations: raspberry, hazelnut, and classic chocolates. The chocolates are vegan and sweetened only with coconut blossom sugar.

Sun-ripened raspberries, stone-ground cashew butter, Piedmont hazelnuts, and the best quality cacao make these pralines so very special. They are sweetened only with coconut blossom sugar. We make all our pralines by hand in the traditional way at our organic production facility in Uetendorf.
The roasting temperature and time vary depending on the fat content and acidity of the cocoa. Our experienced chocolatier determines these with great skill for each batch. The nibs are then gently ground in a stone mill for several hours. This is how the chocolate that covers the pralines is made.
The chocolates make a great dessert or a special gift.
Note: A white coating on the chocolates is a sign of natural fat ripening and does not affect the quality of the product. It is best to store the chocolates in a cool, dry place.
