We ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
Flat Rate - Fr. 6.00. Free delivery on orders over Fr. 135.00. Delivery by Swiss Post.
Dispatch and Shipping Times
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday and ship all orders before 11.30 am. However, during particularly busy periods, this may not always be possible.
We do not offer Post Priority at the moment.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a Swiss Post tracking number.
Address Verification
The shipping address is the address provided in the order. Please always double check the address provided when placing an order and notify us via email of any required amendments. We will do our best to make any changes.
Lost of damaged goods
Radiant Beauty Shop cannot be held responsible for goods that got damaged during transport. In the case of lost or damaged parcels, the complaint must be addressed to the Swiss Post. Radiant Beauty Shop cannot be held liable if shipped parcels cannot be found.
Deposition of parcels in front of the door
If the recipient is absent, the post office may deposit the parcel in front of the door. If you do not wish the parcel to be deposited, you can inform the Swiss Post in advance by telephone or e-mail.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the consumable nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all purchases are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products.
In the event that your order is incorrect or contains a defective product, kindly inform us via email within 4 business days of receipt; failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the goods.
If your claim is approved, you are responsible for returning the item to us within 7 days, after which we will issue a replacement at no additional cost, provided the defect did not result from improper use. Please note that sale items purchased at a reduced price are non-returnable.

Under Swiss law, customers do not have the right to return products purchased online solely due to a change of mind.
Radiant Beauty Shop is not responsible for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. We stand behind the quality and integrity of every ingredient and product we sell, and we are fully transparent and share all product ingredients on our website.
