After thirty years walking the paths of whole food nutrition, juice fasting, aromatherapy, meditation, breathwork, and sacred wisdom — ancient and modern — what I've come to trust above all else is this: you already know more than you think. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and help you find what is genuinely yours.

These consultations are for you if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly ready for a shift — in your health, your energy, your relationship to food, your inner life, or all of it at once.
Online — 60 minutes Via video call. Simple, intimate, from wherever you are.
Forest Walking — 90 minutes In person, along the Ermitage forest or the gardens of Arlesheim. Nature has a way of opening things. These are gentle walks, not hikes — for those who can make the journey.
A word on what this is not: This is not a product consultation. If something from my shop — or anywhere else — feels genuinely relevant, I'll mention it freely. But that is never the point of our time together. The point is you. Your clarity. Your path.
On finding your own way:
We live in a moment of extraordinary access — to information, to expertise, to endless voices telling us how to eat, heal, and grow. And yet the more available the answers become, the more lost many people feel.
I see something quietly hopeful in this paradox. The overwhelm is pushing us — slowly, sometimes painfully — back toward our own inner knowing. That is where real guidance begins.
What I offer is not more information. It is a space to find your way back to yourself.
