Baking Soda for Teeth - Safe Usage: Baking soda can help with plaque, mild staining, and acidity by neutralizing acids and gently removing surface stains. However, we recommend to use it sparingly – only 1-2 times per week – to avoid damaging your enamel.

How to Use:
