Naturkostbar Matcha Pralines combines stone-ground cashew puree with homemade chocolate, coconut blossom sugar, and high-quality organic matcha green tea powder from southern Japanese tea gardens. It is a special taste experience: hard to describe, delicious to enjoy.
We produce the matcha praline like all our chocolates traditionally by hand in our organic manufactory in Uetendorf, Bern.
Depending on the fat content and acidity of the cocoa, the roasting temperature and time vary. Our experienced chocolatier determines these by combining both science and intuition for each batch. The nibs are then gently ground in the stone mill for several hours. This is how the chocolate is created, which envelops the chocolates.
The vegan chocolates come completely without lecithins or industrial sweeteners - a pure, naturally sweet temptation.
