Our partner in Ukraine sources the fully ripe berries from local producers. The berries grow in an environment characterised by meadows, pastures and oak grove beech forests. The berries are processed immediately after harvesting. The fruits are freeze-dried using high-quality technology. This preserves their natural appearance and all the valuable nutrients and all their intense flavour.

Raspberries are an alkaline food and a real nutritional powerhouse. They are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals such as calcium and magnesium, and contain plenty of iron and magnesium.
Use: The freeze-dried fruits are light and practical to take with you: to the office, to the playground, and when travelling. Enjoy them as a snack – pure or in combination with other fruits and nuts or use them to enrich your smoothie. The organic raspberries are also ideal for dessert ideas: in combination with our chocolate drops, for example.
