We make all our chocolates by hand traditionally at our organic production facility in Uetendorf, Bern. The roasting temperature and time vary depending on the fat content and acidity of the cocoa. Our experienced chocolatier determines these with great skill for each batch. The nibs are then gently ground in a stone mill for several hours. This is how the chocolate that coats the pralines is made.
Organic Ingredients: Cashew nuts, ground cocoa beans*, coconut blossom sugar, cocoa butter, cold-pressed almond oil, freeze-dried raspberries 4%, bourbon vanilla. All ingredients from organic farming.
