HOW TO USE: Swish one teaspoon in the mouth for 10–15 minutes, then spit into a bin — not the sink. The oil may start out fluid but can thicken as it draws debris from the mouth. Rinse the mouth with clean water and brush the teeth as usual. Do not swallow.
Starting the day with oil pulling is a beautiful way to begin your morning ritual. Use more frequently if you have a specific concern or your health practitioner recommends it.
We recommend using around 10ml when oil pulling. This is just under a table spoon and closer to 2 teaspoons. You will get around 24 servings with this product.
The oil pulling solution does not have to be refrigerated if you are going to use it within a couple of months. For long-term, cold storage is recommended.
