Breathing Classes and Workshops Coming Soon
My experience with Breathwork and Meditation spans over 20 years. I am also a Certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher but I chose never to teach professionally. Breath work was always my favourite part of the Yoga curriculum and the one that delivered the best results.
Although I have never taught Yoga, I have practised pranayama (breathwork) most days since the year 2000, along with meditation and other yogic techniques.
Recently I decided that it would be a good idea to share my experience and knowledge with others, and for that I am now taking an accredited breathwork training and will soon be able to give classes and workshops.
