Hazelnut du Chocolat is a heavenly combination of unroasted, Piedmontese hazelnuts and homemade bean-to-bar chocolate.Our traditional stone mill gently and slowly transforms the hazelnuts and cocoa into a creamy puree. Grinding with granite stone is a particularly gentle craft: the aromas unfold and the spread develops a unique, delicate consistency.
As with all our nut purees and spreads, we do not use emulsifiers or other additives for Hazelnut du Chocolat. High-quality bourbon vanilla and coconut blossom sugar round off the natural aroma of the chocolatey, nutty spread.
Use: The velvety spread is great on bread, ideal as a snack between meals, and beautiful in combination with bananas, other fruits, and other gluten-free dessert ideas.
Note: As this is a purely natural product, the individual ingredients can separate if there are large temperature fluctuations. In this case, stir the spread vigorously.
