The blue lotus flower is a water lily that predominantly grows in Egypt and certain parts of Asia. It is also known as Egyptian Blue Waterlily or Blue Egyptian Lotus.

Blue Lotus is traditionally known to be a gateway to the divine. For centuries, the Blue Lotus has been respected as an ancestral flower used in meditation practices, and to enhance third-eye function.

Suggested Use:

Infuse 1 tbsp in 1 cup of hot water (first boil the water and let it cool a little before pouring it over the delicate blue flower petals). Let it steep for 5-7 minutes.

Remember, a longer steep time just makes it taste bitter while losing the subtle taste and feel it provides.

It is lovely as an evening drink.
